Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Ball include a pump?:
Our balls do not include a pump.  If urgent, you may be able to inflate the balls at a gas station.  If not, please reach out to us and we will assist you.

How do I inflate the ball?:

You will require an inflation pump and needle.  Push the needle into the black valve on the underside of the ball. We recommend pushing the needle at a slight angle to ensure that you do not puncture the internal baldder.

Can I inflate the ball with a bike pump?:
So long as you have an inflation needle, a bike pump will work.

Can I use a ball with a different PSI than the recommended range?

While the recommended PSI ranges are set by organizations, players may prefer a slightly different PSI based on their own preferences and playing style.

However, it´s important to note that using a ball with significantly more or less air pressure than the recommended range can affect the ball´s bounce and feel.

How often should I check the air pressure in my ball ?

It´s a good practice to check the air pressure in your ball before every game or practice session. This ensures that the ball is at the correct PSI and bounces predictably and consistently.

It´s also a good idea to check the air pressure periodically throughout the season, as changes in temperature and humidity can affect the ball´s air pressure.

What is the best way to store a ball to maintain its air pressure?

To maintain the correct air pressure in a basketball, it´s important to store the ball in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This can help prevent the ball from expanding or contracting due to changes in temperature and humidity. It´s also a good idea to store the ball in a mesh bag or with some ventilation to allow air to circulate around the ball, which can help prevent the buildup of moisture that can affect the ball´s air pressure.
